You must be at least 18 to volunteer.

Volunteers are an invaluable resource and your weekly contribution will make a lasting impact on our patients. We are looking for dependable adult volunteers who are able to commit to volunteering on a weekly basis. Volunteers may choose weekend or weekday service and can be placed in a hospice residence, nursing home or patient home. There is increasing demand for bilingual (English/Spanish) volunteers in the Bronx. -Must be 18 years or older
-15 hours of training (4 hours training for clerical/office volunteers)
-Criminal Background Check (no charge to applicant)
-Medical Clearance (no charge to applicant)
-3-4 hours per week
-1-year commitment
